University of Jos (UNIJOS) Notice on the Rescheduling of Postponed Examinations of March 23

This is to inform members of the University of Jos (UNIJOS) Community that the Second Semester Examinations for the 2017/2018 Academic Session earlier postponed due to Supplementary Elections of Saturday 23rd March, 2019 have been rescheduled to Monday 1st April, 2019.
All staff and students whose Examinations where affected by the postponement are advised to note and comply accordingly.
All the affected Faculties and Departments are also requested to note and make the necessary adjustments.

ICPC arraigns man over fake Diploma certificate

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offenses Commission (ICPC) has charged Heart Victor Nonso to court for purportedly producing a Diploma Certificate in Public Administration of the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi. The commission, in a six-tally charge, recorded before Justice U.I. Bello, of the Federal High Court, Abuja, saw that Nonso produced the testament with the aim to obtain a phony transcript from the Federal Ministry of Education, to facilitate his visa application with the United Arab Emirates. The supposed offense, which was submitted in 2018, negated Section 363 and culpable under Section 364 of the Penal Code Law, Cap 532 Laws of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
