Benue State University Revised Academic Calendar For 2017/2018 Academic Session, Date of Resumption And Examination




The Benue State University Makurdi, has released its revised academic calendar for the 2017/2018 academic session. Lectures are finally set to kick-off after the three months strike on the 18th of February 2019. The academic calendar had to be revised in order to fit into session which has been affected by the protracted ASUU strike.

The school senate has directed all students to resume classes on the 18th as lectures and clearance commence the same day as well as the opening of the hostels.

Lectures would terminate on Friday, 10th May 2019 while the second semester examinations, by this approval, is scheduled to commence on Monday, 13th of May 2019 – 15th June, 2019. The next academic session is scheduled to commence on Saturday, 29th June 2019 after the duration of two weeks break.

ICPC arraigns man over fake Diploma certificate

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offenses Commission (ICPC) has charged Heart Victor Nonso to court for purportedly producing a Diploma Certificate in Public Administration of the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi. The commission, in a six-tally charge, recorded before Justice U.I.
